$200 Million a year to $1.5 Billion a year
It’s always a team effort to move the needle for an organization, but I was the designer who introduced and implemented UX and product design principles for a marketing department, helping take the company from $200 million to over $1.5 billion in just three years.
4 months to 4 Days
Implemented both a process and a product that took a process that would take most users almost 4 months to complete, to getting the users to complete the task in an average of 4 days. sorry, thats all I can really say, its one of those hush, hush Projects.
30% Increase in Revenue
Selling online is an art; getting your funnel right is not—that is a science. After analyzing the data, we were able to build the right steps for a funnel that guided users to a product page. Once we got them there, we optimized the page to provide users with what they needed to make a purchase.
It’s NOT Sixes
Sometimes the answer is different from the solution being asked for. I told a business no when they asked me to design a product from scratch. Would it have been fun? Yes. Was it in the best interest of the organization? No. So, I worked with developers to find a solution that met the requirements using an already-built product. We modified it and “skinned” it with our branding. This approach saved six months of design and development.
